We at Nalu Underground feel certain that you will be satisfied with the product you ordered. If for some reason the merchandise is defective, please contact us to arrange a return of the product.

Customer must notify Nalu Underground within 14 days of receipt of product. Please contact us by phone, fax or email to request a Return Authorization Number, and make sure to provide the following information:

1 – Invoice #
2 – Item #
3 – Name and Address
4 – E-mail address
5 – Telephone #
6 – Reason for Return

Once you receive your Nalu Underground Return Authorization Number, the product is to be shipped back to Nalu Underground. Please include the Return Authorization Number with your return.

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product insured through a traceable carrier.

Please allow 10 days for your credit card reimbursement once Nalu Underground receives the product.
