Her dad’s buddy called the
Krebbs shortly after their arrival on Oahu and told
them about this awesome place to surf for his family.
He took his buddy’s advice and started surfing
at that location with his sons and soon taught his daughters
how to surf that spot. Surfing is a major past time
for the Krebb family, it is a sport that they all enjoy
and they all do very well. As a family of seven, they
hit the major surf spots on Oahu enjoying their time
together.

Kelci excels in HASA but because of her
demanding soccer schedule, she had to take a break from
competing in the NSSA this year. She is a High School
Freshman and has earned a 3.8 GPA. She loves to read
and her favorite books are Lemony Snickett’s A
Series of Unfortunate Events. Her favorite movies these
days are the Harry Potter films. Kelci has a sweet and
cheerful disposition and is an outstanding student.
She says she tries to get along with all of her siblings
but sometimes it is not easy. She is one of four girls
and she has three brothers.
We asked Kelci to give us one word answers
to names and places that we threw out to her and here
are her responses:

Kelci advice to her younger sisters and
younger groms, “Sometimes things in life aren’t
always easy to get but you should still keep on trying
to get them. Just work Hard.” This is great advice
from an awesome chick that rips! Kelci has blue eyes,
blonde hair, braces and looks like a beautiful surf
wahine. She is sponsored by O’neill.
Kendall Krebbs is Kelci’s younger
sister. This twelve year old competes too and learned
how to surf when she was eight years old. In seventh
grade she loves living on the North Shore but gets a
little aggroed when all of the “Big Names”
come to town for the big competitions. “The place
gets so crowded and it is hard to surf with all of those
people in the water and people lined up all over to
watch. She calls herself picky with books and but really
loves the book called The Spiderwick Chronicles. This
seventh grader is proud of her 4.0 GPA. Kendall would
like to be a professional surfer someday and also a
mommy. She loves seafood and says that her favorite
movie is The Grudge.
Kendall loves to compete and has for the
past three years. Not only does she surf, she also plays
soccer and dirt bikes and kite boards and snow boarding.
She is ranked 7th in the NSSA but she is not sure of
her HASA rankings. At home, Kendall says that her mom
and dad are a bit strict when it comes to homework but
let all of their kids surf when they get home from school
and then do homework. We asked Kendall to give us one
word answers to our words and here are her replies:

Advice from Kendall parents, “Don’t
give up on your dreams and always focus on your dreams.”
Kendall wants her parents to know that she loves them
very much. This beautiful young lady will go far because
of her positive attitude about life and her realizing
how important her education really is to her.
Kalee Krebb is the younger sister to Kelci
and Kendall she is 11 years old. She started surfing
at age seven with her siblings. She loves to compete
and loves school too. She says that most of the time
she gets along with her sisters but she gets upset when
people ask her who is the best surfer in her family.
Kalee thinks that they are al good surfers. She loves
Italian food and Mc Donalds. Fall out Boy is her favorite
band. O’neal, Freedom and CRI sponsor her.

Kalee wanted to say thanks to her mom
and dad for all of their love and she wanted us to know
how much they mean to her. Watch for this spirited young
lady to go far. She is ranked number five in the NSSA.
